Mission Statement
2/17 Delta is a tactical Arma Reforger milsim unit dedicated to special operations within the PvP matches of Conflict Servers. Our primary objective is to provide a disciplined, immersive environment where members can execute complex tactical scenarios, tasks and missions through a combination of teamwork, proficiency and leadership. We prioritize the Quality of the Operator over the quantity in our Roster and maintain high standards for each member of the squadron.
The unit operates under a defined chain of command. All members are expected to understand their position within the structure to ensure efficient communication during operations and tasking.
Squadron Command (HQ): Responsible for overarching unit direction, administration and inter-unit relations.
Operational Detachments: The primary fighting force of the unit, led by Detachment and Team Leaders.
Operator Training Course (OTC): The formal pipeline for all incoming candidates to ensure tactical standardization.
All members of the 2/17, regardless of rank - are held to the following standards:
Professionalism: Members will maintain a professional demeanor during operations and when representing the unit during standard play.
Respect: Discriminatory behaviour, harassment or toxic elitism is prohibited.
Integrity: We operate a certain way and expect you to do the same - adhere to the mission parameters and remain honest regarding attendance and availability.
Chain of Command: Grievances should be handled at the lowest level possible before being escalated to Unit Command.
To maintain the unit’s operational readiness, the following attendance requirements apply:
Primary Operations: Held every Sunday at 9pm EST, every member is expected to attend 75% of monthly operations.
LOA (Leave of Absence): If a member cannot attend for an extended period of time, for any reason, they need to file an LOA with their Team Leader.
Inactive Status: Failure to communicate or attend operations for two weeks consecutively without an LOA in place will result in discharge of the Squadron.
2/17 Delta utilizes Standard Operating Procedures for all tactical movements. Each operator must be aware of these in our Operating Handbook and adhere to them during Operations.
